Pioneer Rooms — Budget Accommodation
If you are looking for basic accommodation on the Eyre Peninsula with a communal feel our Pioneer Rooms are ideal for families, groups or backpackers. Originally the rooms were used for shearers as they travelled from property to property to shear the sheep, they are now ideal dormitory style accommodation for the budget conscious traveller.
Agars Room
The Agars had the original pastoral lease for the property back in 1800’s

The Boylan’s built the Coodlie Park Homestead in 1902 and raised 13 children there!
