Pioneer Rooms — Budget Accommodation

For basic accommodation on the Eyre Peninsula with a communal feel, our Pioneer Rooms are great for families, groups, and backpackers. These rooms were originally used by shearers as they travelled from property to property to shear the sheep. They’re now dormitory-style accommodation, ideal for the budget-conscious traveller.


Agars Room

The Agars had the original pastoral lease for the property back in 1800s

Boylan Room

The Boylans built the Coodlie Park Homestead in 1902 and raised 13 children there!

Clarke Room

The Clarkes utilised the property for sheep agistment to produce prime export lambs

Dolphin Room

Swimming with dolphins is a popular thing to do, here on the Eyre Peninsula

  • Budget Double

  • 1 x double bed

  • $65 per night (2 pax)
