Coodlie Park Farm Retreat is a unique 3000 acre farm stay and bush retreat. It’s located on the coast of the Eyre Peninsula South Australia, about 50km west of Elliston. Enjoy the peace and relaxation of kicking back around the campfire or watch the magnificent sunsets at our own private beach. Explore the Eyre Peninsula and head to the natural infinity pools of Talia Caves just 5 minutes up the road, or drive 25 minutes to Lake Newland Conservation Park. Spot abundant native wildlife while bush walking, go fishing and catch a few to throw on the BBQ for dinner. Or visit Baird Bay for the incredible experience of swimming with wild sea lions and dolphins.
From swag huts to self-contained cottages
Self contained cottages
Stay in one of our fully self-contained cottages while you explore the stunning Eyre Peninsula. This bush accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable outback farm-stay.
We reckon it’ s the best budget Eyre Peninsula accommodation around. Our Pioneer Rooms have a communal feel, ideal for families, groups or backpackers, with shared dorm-style rooms.
Camp Coodlie offers campsites and swag huts set among native bush land, 2km from the main accommodation and reception. If it’s peace and quiet you’re after, you’ll find it here. And it’s pet-friendly, too.
We offer a range of fully guided tours on and around our property – take a Nocturnal Wildlife and Stargazing tour at Coodlie Park where you’ll encounter the abundant native wildlife, and learn about the magnificent southern skies and their constellations.
Our property is the perfect venue for family reunions, school camps, regional meetings and events. There are no neighbours within “cooee” so book out the whole venue and let us help you have an outback occasion to remember!
100% CARBON NEUTRAL
We are passionate about environmental sustainability and we’ve proudly built this uniquely Australian accommodation experience on our ecological principles. We are 100% carbon neutral, and we’re the only business in Australia that offsets its own carbon footprint internally.
